Large Horse Head Sculpture - Roman Stone

This is a magnificent reproduction horses head, it has the appearance of carved stone but is in fact made from a relatively lightweight resin mix.

It depicts one of the the four Horses of Saint Mark which now reside in the basilica's museum. The original statues date to Classical Antiquity, by some accounts they once adorned the Arch of Trajan.
